Benefits
As a government supported autonomous organization, many benefits to IIT Delhi staff derive from the benefits designed for Government of India employees. Nonetheless, benefits related to research and teaching facilitation are specifically designed to foster faculty growth, so that we may serve our students and community better. This section list benefits related to research initiation and support, academic facilities, health care, on-campus housing, and certain fringe benefits. Additional benefit like leave accrual and sports facilities are listed in other sections.
